Pre-launch submissions and retention

When you join the customer waitlist or founding salon program, we collect your name, phone number or email address, area, selected path, and any salon name you provide. We use this information only to manage pre-launch demand, plan coverage, contact you about launch access, and triage founding salon interest after you give explicit consent.

Waitlist submissions are currently accepted only from India. Authorized Tersplade Pvt. Ltd. administrators can review and update submission status and internal follow-up notes. The same contact may join both the customer and salon-owner paths.

We retain an unconverted submission for 18 months after its most recent submission. Submitting again restarts that period. After it expires, and unless it is converted or subject to a legal hold, we remove the name, contact details, salon name, internal notes, and request identifiers. We retain non-identifying fields such as persona, area, source, submission count, consent metadata, and dates for aggregate reporting. Converted and legal-hold records follow the applicable business or compliance retention policy.
